University of Nottingham demonstrated the scientific viability of Vitalise as a stress data capture, categorisation, and monitoring tool by running a 30-day pilot during November and December 2025 with 60 faculty staff across a broad spectrum of internal teams and roles.

Need clarifications?

Why only selected organisations?

We want to give each POC participant dedicated attention and support. Running with a broadly diverse range of unqualified companies would compromise the quality of insights and partnership we can provide. Think of this as an intensive pilot program, not a mass rollout – that will come late in the year!

What if my employees don't want to be monitored?

Great question - and a common one. Participation is completely opt-in. In our experience most employees are enthusiastic, when you explain:

  1. It's for their benefit (early stress detection and support)
  2. Data is private and anonymized at manager level
  3. No video recording - just real-time biometric analysis

In our recent study program, we saw 90%+ voluntary participation rates.

Can we start in February instead of January?

Yes, absolutely. While we're positioning this as a "New Year" program for momentum, if February timing works better for your organisation, we can accommodate that. Just let us know when we speak.

What happens after the 30-day POC?

You'll have several options:

  1. Expand: Roll out to more teams or organisation-wide
  2. Continue: Keep the pilot cohort going with month-to-month pricing
  3. Pause: Take the insights and implement them, then revisit in Q2/Q3
  4. End: If it's not a fit, no long-term commitment required

Most organisations choose to expand after seeing the data, but there's no obligation.

How much time will this require from our team?

Minimal. Here's the breakdown:
